Our 3D Concrete Printing Solutions
Every 3D concrete printing project has different requirements. At 3DMP, we develop robotic SCARA and Gantry-type concrete printing systems designed to operate at different scales.
From compact prototyping to large-scale applications reaching up to 20 meters in diameter, our solutions can be adapted for architectural structures, concrete urban furniture, and structural components.
By designing the mechanical system, nozzle, material flow, and software as an integrated whole, we provide a precise and controlled printing process.
1
JET-MP 1 Scara ( Ø 1500mm - H 2000mm )
With its compact design, high precision, and quick setup, JET-MP 1 SCARA is designed for small and medium-scale 3D concrete printing applications. Its precise SCARA robot arm enables controlled and stable layer-by-layer concrete printing.
With a printing capacity of up to 1.5 meters in diameter and 2 meters in height, the system is ideal for prototypes, architectural elements, concrete furniture, custom geometries, and small-scale structural components.
Its compact design allows easy installation even in limited spaces, while the rail-mounted robot provides high mobility with a smaller footprint than conventional gantry systems.
2
JET-MP 2 Scara ( Ø 3000mm - H 2300mm )
JET-MP 2 SCARA is a high-precision robotic concrete printing system designed for projects requiring a larger printing volume. With a printing capacity of up to 3 meters in diameter and 2.3 meters in height, it can be adapted to a wide range of architectural and structural applications.
The combination of the SCARA robot arm’s rotational movement and linear rail motion enables a large working area to be controlled with a compact system.
It provides a flexible production platform for concrete urban furniture, architectural elements, partition walls, columns, custom structures, and complex 3D-printed geometries.
3
JET - MP 3 Scara ( Ø 8400mm - H 3500mm )
JET-MP 3 SCARA is a robotic production system designed for large-scale 3D concrete printing applications. With a printing capacity of up to 8.4 meters in diameter and 3.5 meters in height, it enables the direct digital production of complex geometries that would traditionally require molds and scaffolding.
The SCARA robot arm’s extended reach, combined with controlled movement along the rail, enables continuous concrete extrusion across a large working area. This allows significantly larger structures to be produced without increasing the physical size of the printer.
The system can be adapted for applications ranging from large-scale architectural elements and structural walls to custom concrete structures and urban furniture.
By enabling direct production from digital models, it expands design freedom while delivering precise and repeatable layer-by-layer production.
4
JET - MP 4 Scara XL ( Ø 20.000mm - H 5000mm )
JET-MP 4 SCARA XL is developed to push the boundaries of large-scale 3D concrete printing. With a printing capacity of up to 20 meters in diameter and 5 meters in height, it enables the direct on-site production of large structural elements and complex architectural forms.
Unlike conventional gantry systems, where a larger printing area requires a proportionally larger supporting structure, the SCARA architecture offers a more flexible approach. The robot arm operates within its reach while moving along the rail to cover an extensive production area.
This allows the system to combine extended reach with a compact mechanical structure, making it a powerful production platform for large-scale walls, architectural structures, monolithic concrete elements, infrastructure components, and custom-designed structures.
5
JET - MP Gantry XL ( X 8500mm -Y 16.000- Z 6500mm )
JET-MP Gantry XL is a high-volume production system developed for large-scale 3D concrete printing applications in wide and structured workspaces.
With a working area of 8.5 m in X, 16 m in Y, and 6.5 m in Z, it enables the production of large structural elements within a single system. Its rigid gantry architecture provides controlled and stable movement, particularly for projects requiring large and geometrically consistent production areas.
The system can be used for large-scale walls, architectural structures, reinforced concrete components, industrial parts, and high-volume custom production.
Its high load capacity and extensive working volume enable efficient implementation of 3D concrete printing technology for large-scale projects.
6
JET - MP Gantry Small ( X 2000mm - Y 2000 - Z 1800mm )
JET-MP Gantry Small is a compact gantry system designed for users looking to utilize 3D concrete printing technology in more limited working spaces.
With a 2 × 2 meter working area and 1.8 meter printing height, it provides a suitable production platform for prototyping, architectural elements, concrete furniture, research and development, and small-scale construction applications.
Its compact gantry structure provides controlled and repeatable movement, making it suitable for developing 3D concrete printing processes and testing different concrete mixes, nozzle systems, and printing parameters.
It provides a strong R&D and prototyping platform for developing projects at a smaller scale before transferring them to larger systems.

Output Quality: Nozzle Technology
The nozzle is one of the most critical components determining the surface finish and overall quality of a 3D concrete print. Our systems can operate with two different nozzle configurations depending on the requirements of the project:
-
1K (Single-Component) Nozzle: A standard extrusion system used for conventional printing and casting applications.
-
2K (Two-Component) Nozzle: An advanced system in which the components are mixed at the nozzle, maximizing structural integrity and printing precision.
Print Size and Conventional Gantry Systems
The mechanical architecture of a 3D printer determines the size of the structure it can produce. Gantry-type 3D concrete printers are widely used in the industry; however, conventional gantry systems can present several operational challenges on construction sites:
-
Installation, dismantling, and precision adjustment can be time-consuming and labor-intensive.
-
The main limitation is their physical size. With a gantry system, the printer structure generally needs to be larger than the structure being printed.
Breaking the Boundaries:
Jet Robotik Linear Axis SCARA System
We move beyond the need for massive printer structures and demanding installation processes. Jet Robotik developed the next-generation SCARA Robot System to overcome dimensional limitations and increase operational efficiency.
Advantages of Our SCARA Robot System:
-
Ultra-Fast Setup: Ready for operation in a short time without complex assembly processes on the construction site.
-
Continuous Movement on a Single Rail: Operates smoothly and stably along a single ground-mounted rail instead of a large gantry structure.
-
Maximum Reach: Its advanced robotic arm enables the production of larger and wider structures without being restricted by the physical dimensions of the printer.
-
Flexible Rail Length: All SCARA robot models can be configured with a ground rail of the required length, allowing the system to adapt to different project scales.
