CANCELLATION AND REFUND CONDITIONS
As 3DMP (Jet Robotik Mühendislik San. Tic. Ltd. Şti.), our services and products encompass high-technology engineering solutions and customized production for individuals and projects. In accordance with the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts, our return and cancellation terms are stated below:

1. Custom Production and Design (Street Furniture and Buildings)
Urban furniture and building elements produced using 3D concrete printing technology, prepared according to the customer's specific requests, technical drawings, or personal needs, fall under the category of "custom production". According to regulations, the right of withdrawal (right of return) cannot be exercised for goods prepared according to the consumer's requests or personal needs.

2. Service Cancellation (Building Construction and Robotic Solutions)
For 3D concrete casting services or on-site construction activities for which the contract has been approved and implementation has begun, refunds are not possible due to the nature of the work. Cancellation requests made during the project preparation phase will be evaluated by deducting the engineering, design, and material supply costs incurred up to that point.

3. Hardware and Equipment Sales (3D Concrete Printers)
Returns of robotic systems and 3D concrete printers sold are subject to the condition that the product has not been used outside of its usual use, has not been installed, and its packaging is intact. Returns are not accepted for systems that have been installed and for which technical training has been provided; the warranty and technical support process will then apply.

4. Defective Goods and Services
If a technical defect or deviation from specifications is detected due to manufacturing, 3DMP is obligated to repair, reproduce, or resolve the technical issue with the defective part.
